He is an expert in tax law and has more than 20 years of experience in advising and strategic planning for companies, groups of companies and family offices, large patrimonies, private equity entities and national and international investment funds, supporting them in the processes of internationalisation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate investments and succession planning for family businesses, as well as any business decision with tax implications, and in the field of transfer pricing.

He also advises companies and individuals in their proceedings before the tax authorities, whether tax inspections, requests for information, economic-administrative claims and administrative- litigation appeals at all levels.

He has participated in several seminars and conferences at national and international level and as a speaker in different training programmes.

He is currently a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Tax Law at the Barcelona Bar Association.

Bachelor of Law from the Universidad Abat Oliba CEU, a Master’s Degree in Taxation and Tax Advice (CEF), and is an Expert Accountant from the International University Study Center (IUSC).
