Practising lawyer since 2005. He specialises in Spanish immigration law, corporate immigration and the international mobility of professionals to Spain.

He primarily advises national and international companies, executives, highly qualified professionals, investors, entrepreneurs, start-ups and digital nomads on the planning and processing of residence and work permits. He has particular expertise in procedures governed by Law 14/2013, under which he has advised on hundreds of cases since its enactment.

His practice focuses on attracting foreign talent, the international mobility of professional teams and executives, and the establishment of international business projects in Spain.

His international experience enables him to provide a legal, business and global perspective on international mobility processes, foreign investment and the establishment of talent and business projects in Spain.

He has a multidisciplinary background in Law, Economics and Business Administration, complemented by an MBA from the Indian School of Business, which he undertook as the recipient of a scholarship awarded by the “la Caixa” Foundation and Casa Asia, and an MBA exchange programme at the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
