With more than 20 years of experience, specialised in Commercial and Tax Law.

Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been advising national and international clients on all types of operations and commercial agreements in the field of corporate and commercial law. Antonio has extensive experience in M&A operations, advising on corporate law, commercial agreements, shareholders’ agreements and family protocols, as well as in advising in situations of corporate conflict.

In the field of tax law, Antonio advises clients on national and international taxation, with special focus on the taxation of real estate operations, corporate reorganisations, tax litigation, as well as advising on inheritance and succession for large patrimonies and family businesses.

Bachelor of Law from Escuela Universitaria Abat Oliba, Master of Taxation and Tax Consulting from Centro de Estudios Financieros de Barcelona, Master of International Legislation and Foreign Trade from Barcelona Bar Association, Postgraduate Qualification in International Tax Law from Universidad de Barcelona.
