Her professional practice focuses on advising national and international companies, assisting clients in all legal aspects of their business activities.

She regularly advises groups of companies on commercial and corporate matters in all areas of their activities. As part of the corporate legal advice, she regularly collaborates with and advises in-house legal departments, supervising the actions of corporate bodies, carrying out projects on operational efficiency and management of the liability of the members of the governing bodies and/or partners.

In the area of contractual advice, her practice focuses on assistance and negotiation in commercial agreements.

She also regularly advises on structural modifications of companies, mainly in mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliance or joint venture processes, financial and corporate restructuring, sale and purchase of assets, due diligence processes, collaboration agreements and corporate disputes.
