Her scope of action is very broad within the non-profit sector: negotiation and drafting of agreements and contracts, assistance to governing bodies (boards of trustees, management boards) and legal advice on aspects related to the activities of non-profit organisations (tax benefits, conflicts of interest, authorisations, etc.).
