Specialised in commercial and company law (corporate and contract law).

He has more than 20 years of experience in advising and assisting companies and their management teams, participating in the design and implementation of corporate restructuring projects and acquisitions (M&A), both national and international. He assists in the internationalisation of national corporate groups. He advises on refinancing and project finance projects, including investment operations in start-ups.

He acts as Secretary of the Board of Directors of national and multinational companies, having acquired his experience advising companies with international presence and national companies in internationalisation processes.

He has extensive experience in the negotiation of industrial contracts (toll-manufacturing; EPCs agreements; Joint Ventures; supply; licences; …), contracts in the service sector, as well as in real estate operations.

Bachelor of Law from the Abat Oliba University (San Pablo CEU Foundation), Postgraduate in International Law from the Catholic University of Nijmegen -currently Radboud Universiteit- (The Netherlands), Diploma in International Business Law from ESADE Business School. Solid academic background in business management, with involvement in different programmes at Business Schools such as IESE and ESADE.
