In tax law area, she advises in the optimization and tax opportunities for companies, groups, as well as individuals, both resident and non-residents. She is also in charge of tax compliance of companies and individuals.

In corporate law area, she assists on mergers and acquisitions processes and advises companies in their ordinary course of business.

Bachelor of Law from ESADE University, Faculty of Law, Ramon Llull University, and Master in Business Taxation in ICADE, University Pontificia Comillas.
