Specialised in Company and Commercial Law and in Sports Law.

His professional practice focuses on the drafting of shareholders’ agreements, family protocols, commercial agreements and family patrimony planning.

He also participates in a number of companies as a member of the Board of Directors, taking part in the day-to-day running of the business.

Specialised in Sports Law, he has collaborated with many clients in the conclusion of sponsorship agreements, refinancing and disciplinary advice.

Bachelor of Law from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB-1996), Postgraduate Qualification in Leadership and Management of Sports Entities from Universidad Pompeu Fabra (UPF-2007). In the academic field, he has collaborated as associate professor in the Postgraduate Qualification in Leadership and Management of Sports Entities from Universidad Pompeu Fabra (UPF).
